HNI research is one of most sought after research by categories like banking, investments, housing, telecom, auto, media, upper end liquor etc.
It is one of the most difficult types of research. This is a segment that is most difficult to research for key reason that this segment is very difficult to reach. Once reached also, the segment is hard pressed for time and does not give too much time. Also the respondent here is particularly difficult to interview. He cannot be expected to oblige and follow the pre-set discussion guide.

We do recruitment at the highest level through company management and directors, if need be. Additionally, we use snow-balling methods to reach the required numbers of HNIs. We also bring in expertise to develop instruments which are designed to collect information efficiently and not letting the respondent lose interest. Moderation is also done by experienced moderators who know how to handle this profile of respondents.
